Anyone know why both my laptop and my cell are saying my connection isn't private, that attackers might be stealing my info? Only does it on those two, no other pc/phone. Tia!

You have an ad virus that you need to deal with.

I'm not pc savvy. Any suggestions for an android app for it?

Start by clearing out all the memory and browser and cycling it off.
Some of the add crap is that easy to get rid of.

If that doesn't work, consider getting a commercial anti everything.
I use a top of the line that has that for pcs and handhelds.
Most outfits have multi-equipment user license subscription pricing.
