Search Provider function

I type in Ashlyn Allure and the provider function fills in her last name but never finds her. If the function knows who I am searching for why can't it pull her up?

Her account is disabled. That is why it does not appear in your results. Apparently the fill in prompt does not filter out disabled accounts.
