W2's and paystubs available!!
If you are looking to purchase a car or move in to a new place but are having problems because you have no proof of employment, I can help.
I am a licensed massage therapist andI own my own business so all paperwork is legitimate.
Call 469-269-7378 and leave a message containing your name, what it is you need and a number and a time to reach you or you can email me at waitin4u70@gmail.com
Prices range from $100 to $300 depending on the forms that you require.
I think this is a very good business venture, and I know many ladies that could in fact benefit from this. I will spread the word and call you, but I know of at least 4 lades off hand who have no credit whatsoever. This is also good for a provider who would want to rent an incall for only work purposes.
If I was to found a Provider University, one of the basic elements I would want to teach is how to handle the money --- from managing cash flow, to understanding gross versus net income, to all the paperwork necessary to legitimize the income, along with the pros and cons of doing so.
I will say that in the Houston market, if dealing with individual landlords, I do not see them ask for W2s/paystubs on a regular basis (maybe 25% of the time?), although places with large management companies (almost every large apartment complex) will always do so.
In my experience, individual landlords will ask for employment information on an application, and they will often (but not always) verify the information through a phone call, but as long as the credit is good, that's about it.
With no credit, it makes it tough. Credit scores are becoming increasingly important, and it's only going to get worse in coming years.
Anyway, sounds like a cool service. Good luck! Also, you come across as a smart business woman, so that's impressive, too. Good for you.

Creating fraudulent documents is never “legitimate” …. Yeah you have your own business, but the ladies you are creating documents for never worked for you and don’t work for you. No taxes were paid and nothing was submitted to the IRS. You "fluffed" everything.
Look, I have no problem what you are doing, but do not sit here and lie to make ladies feel like everything you give them is on the "up & up" ... Using those documents IS a federal crime and ladies have the right to know that.
And your prices are very high ..... ladies you should try this place first.

Of course it's NOT on the up and up, but is being a hooker? Like the above poster said, it's more about having a verifiable income, and many businesses pay what..CASH. It is not on the business owner to make you pay your taxes...that's your job. I would never mess with bs tax forms that I have not paid, because duh...I think they would know, but it is so easy to fake an employment. When I was right out of high school entering freshman year of college, I had a guy say I worked for him for 4 years so I would qualify for a work study program...guess what, it worked, and I did not pay shit in taxes because they do not ask for a W2 that is more than 5 years old.
In fact, I have never had a prospective employer make me produce tax forms to get a job. I had to fill one out when I accepted it. I have not "rented" since 05, so not quite sure what they ask for now, but I don't recall having to give them my tax forms...just proof of valid employment.
People lie for each other all the time, and get away with it. I don't exactly put "hooker" on my LLC either bwahahaha. I lied for a girl once saying she was my bookkeeper, and I had a legit business. All I did was give her fake pay stubs, which she never paid taxes on...that's not really on me ha ha. So, though I agree that it is dumb to mess with the IRS, there is really no way to prove a cash income employee does not work for you. Personal Trainers, Massage therapists, maids, the list goes on of people who can be employed and on a cash basis. Yea, it's illegal but so is what we do here.
Both options listed appear illegal to me but as London stated as long as no one checks them or the IRS does not find out it will not matter. What Krista may not have thought about is she is exposing her own business to IRS scrutiny as well if they catch and investigate someone she created false documents for. The better option is to create your own business and pay taxes to the point needed to get what you want. An earnings history is needed for most people to get what they want over time unless your plan is to pay cash for everything.
I agree. I have no problem with it being illegal, I have used paystub compaines myself. It was the saying everything is legit that bothered me. If you are setting someone up for a felony (even though it is unlike you will get caught) at least let the person know what they are getting into so they can weight the risks.
True, Brooke and we all know hookas be stupid sometimes lol. Missed your crazy ass girl!
Laz, so correct on every point. I would not broadcast this on a public board, but I am sure there are about a million massage companies, so tracking Krista down, is not going to be so easy.
