I agree with you all that we should be careful and that goes for all aspects of the hobby, not just AMPs.I agree 100%. Of course, everyone has their own tolerance for risk. Bottom line is that there is no way you catch more than a B misdemeanor for simply patronizing an AMP ... if they can even make that hold up.
However, AMP busts and AMPs closing down have been going on for many years and that hasn't stopped guys from visiting AMPs. Hobbyists have just been lulled into a false sense of safety and the recent busts have reminded them of the danger.
Take all necessary precautions but go out and live life. Life is too short to let fear rule you.

An AMP is a low hanging fruit for Dallas Vice to pick, especially since no appointment is required to go to them and they service whoever walks in the door as long as he has the money.
