Re-activating a "redacted" account

This must have happened before ... if a provider had cause to "disappear" ... went dark and deleted her account ... and at some point the circumstances changed ... can she reactivate her previous 'handle' including access to previous reviews?

Have her email the staff from the em addy associated with account might be fastest avenue. websupport@eccie.net

That said, she may also need to reverify age stuff.
