Non Smoking Bars with Ladies

Greetings,

Soon I will be visiting Bahrain for the 1dt time in 6 years.

Since then I have huge dislike for cigarette smoke.

Are there any bars with ladies that are non-smoking?

Any list from any Hobbyists would be most appreciated.
