Does the provider have to be a member of ECCIE to be reviewed on here? Or just be a provider in the chosen area (Dallas)?

Thanks, I'm going to take that to mean that I can post a review of a provider that is not a member here yet but does have a P411 account.

I have always said that, if she has a public presence, or has ads visible to the public, she is fair game for a review.
