Modify Review Recommendation.

I think a straight up yes or no does not serve the community's best interest. One "No" will destroy a providers reputaion. So in mamy cases a member will simply not write a review if they have less then perfect experence. There is no middle ground. Room for improvement so to speak. We would have a much clearer picture with a scale of 1 to 5 stars,
or something like that.

I agree with your comments. I have found that right after you submit the review/report you May select the edit feature and expand on the yes or no initial response. I know it takes a little extra effort and some may not bother with that option.

I actually like the suggestion of 1-5 stars. Perhaps as an option in addition to Yes/No, with 3 stars requiring neither a Yes or No to submit.

Yeah Good idea ,this has been discussed for years ,,, even 1-10 scale
