Visiting some family in Houston. Can anyone recommend some nice restaurants to visit?

"Nice restaurant" does not conjure Pappy's up for me, although I like their burgers. LOL

"Nice" is more like Pappas Bros, Perry's, Steak 48, Masraff's, Brennan's, Brenner's on the Bayou, Tony's, etc.

What type of food do you like and what part of town? There are TONS of goos restaurants of various flavors.
