WELL in theory this may sound like the prudent thing to do. There are incidences that actually are dangerous on both sides, the provider and the hobbyist. All you do when you ban someone like this is force them to create a new handle and it's business as usual. We don't know who they are until they act up or someone recognizes the pics or behavior.
