They are showing me as a member which is incorrect, because I am a provider. I don't know how this happened or how to correct it. I have emailed them but I get no response. Does anybody know what I do?

Have you followed the instructions sent to the links in the first post on the above forum. The very first post will have 2 highlighted links to submit your info. You are probably being shown as a registered member due to not being an age verified provider.
