Wanna know what I'm craving?

After reading Sophia's post about grilled cheese sammiches (yum!), I had visions of MOUTHGASMS run through my head!

I would love, LOVE, L O V E, a crock of french onion soup, a rare prime rib, sauteed mushrooms, savory rice pilaf, steamed fresh veggies. And strawberry cheesecake for dessert! I used to order that once a week at the Beverly Depot restaurant in Massachusetts.

(Excuse me, I need to wipe the drool from my chin! )
Hahaha, that sounds amazing.. I love food. Hope you get all of these things!!
That made me hungry. I am finding a restaurant with french onion soup tonight! I am in Biloxi, any suggestions?
I'm not familiar with the restaurants in Biloxi, other than the Beau and a few smaller places. There many great places to eat in Biloxi, food too! Lol
Going to Mignon's at the Palace tonight, I googled french onion soup in Biloxi, lol. Great post! Thank you!

Out of all the things I regularly screw up in the kitchen, I did manage to pull off a prime rib roast, fresh sautéed string beans and mashed potatoes for New Years day. Yeah, not the tradition, but I'm not usually traditional anyway.

As far as places to eat around here, Mr Greek in Biloxi is phenomenal if you like Greek food, Darwell's in Long Beach if you like eclectic surroundings with good creole food (it made Forbe's top 10 list), Pho in Ocean Springs for Vietnamese, Bamboo in Diberville for non-buffet Chinese, and Kim Long in Biloxi for Thai with Vietnamese.

Damn... I'm hungry now..
I have been wanting to go to Me Greek but I discovered Murky waters and chef Scott's downtown ocean springs.. try that if you come to my little town.. those are my favorites.
Y'all just made me hungry too..

I've been to Murky Waters and I liked it. I also like Pleasant's BBQ., they have damn good sauce there. I will have to check out Chef Scott's one day soon, thanks Sophia!

Something you can only have a Chez Hotrix. Like Sophia did. I can make it again, but I'm craving me some Sophia.

Cold Mixed berries in a Grand Marnier Zabaglione(egg cream) Sauce. The version Sophia had I skipped the mini (dark and white) chocolate kisses.

She made sure I wasn't short on the kisses though.
That is probably the best you made so far.. I even are the asparagus and I don't like asparagus.

And you're welcome diz..
