How do I post a review for a provider?

Hi, I'm new and just had an appointment with a provider on 8/31/15. I see reviews on the provider page so I wanted to know how I post a review regarding my session on Monday. Thank you.

Open the review forum that matches your session (Independent, Agency or Strip Club etc).

In that forum is a button labeled "New Review" near the left portion of the page about 3 inches down from top.

Fill out the template and be sure to thoroughly describe the session in The Rest Of the Story. All approved reviews earn six weeks of free Premium Access.

If you are using a phone, at the bottom you will see a "full site" hyperlink... Click on it, go back to the section.. And next to "new post" you will see "new review", that will give you the template to fill out.

Thank you very much. I am using my phone because my desktop will not open this site. It gives some warning even though I am using the private setting so I guess I will try to post using my phone. I now have two reviews to post. I couldn't be any happier. Thank you all!!
