Suggestions for any intimate, nice bars in Arlington

I have a friend who wants to meet up with some under the radar for some drinks in the late afternoon in Arlington. Any bars or restaurants you would recommend? Thanks in advance for my friend (cough).

Our Glass on 360 next to Red Neck Heaven is the place I use for those type of dates. It's a nice place that hasn't gained a lot of popularity yet. You have plenty of room for quiet conversation. The R Bar at the Hilton would be my next choice.
