I'm curious to know if instagram is helpful for marketing, ? whats your experience or opinion?
I know a lot of girls who use it, but it seems to be somewhere that guys go for extra reading material than checking whether he wants to book an appointment, if you know what I mean.

It is nice for keeping in touch with regulars, if you like that. I like twitter better though, because it's not SO picture oriented, and there seem to be less demands for boob pics. I have actually had people contact me after seeing my twitter feed, though they were already aware of who I was, and seeing my personality a bit just pushed them to set the date.

Don't do Twitter, Instagram or any of the other teenybopper communication fads. That includes Facebook too.
Old fogey? Sure! But the question is this: How many young fogies spending all their time playing games on their cells can afford a real HDH? Not many, I imagine.
I would say avoid any social media unless privacy is not a big deal to you. I tend to keep my personal and hobby life separately. I believe having a website with good pictures and enough Information together with P411,TER, Date-check, Eros and eccie will give you adequate exposure. A simple app in your phone can trigger a lot of things on your personal life, Instagram app links your Facebook account so this means family and friends can find you easily.

I don't have a face book or instagram. I leave my personal life off the internet all together. So all my internet accounts are tied to my name Mya Michelle.

Twitter seems to have a lot of people up north who use it ALOT. NY, DC, Miami even, Chicago they are all o twitter hobbyist and everything and they say they look at escorts twitters to make dates.

The trend hasn't caught on everywhere. I say there is no bad marketing when it comes to the internet every click you get can be one more person you've reached out to.

I like being able to stay in contact with/meet other ladies, as well as meet gents I never would have otherwise. To each their own, but social media has been good to me

I have twitter but Instagram is a little to much for me.
Plus I have a personal Instagram and don't wanna get them mixed up.
I don't see anything wrong with it though.

Interesting thread. I would like to share a little input if I may.

I get together with several male friends from the Hobby and we have discussed the use of Technology quite often; from the Hobbiest and Provider perspectives.

If I may provide our observations as it relates to Providers-
My male group is of a certain age, (all over approx 40) and we see a lack of discretion and understanding of the short and long term consequences to a provider, and by extension to a hobbiest, with the use of social media and communication technology by some Providers.

I am not going to go into all of the pros-cons of the use of individual tech/social media, etc, but ladies I will say you may be losing good, quality, long-term clients by how you use technology to market yourself and communicate with current and potential clients.

I will give you some comments from our group- will not see a Provider if they use gmail; will not see a provider if they use Skype; will not see a provider if they have facebook or any other social media site.

If you want to know why, read up on the weaknesses in privacy for Gmail, Skype, and all the other Social media sites. Just as you screen a client before seeing them, screen the technology before using it.

I am pretty much out of the game and have settled into several close, UTR ladies. But I work in the Tech world and see the holes/exposure that are making each side vulnerable.

Just my two cents...
