anybody know any cheap hotel that looks nice in Ho Chi Minh City around $15 and cheaper I'm on a budget plan the more I save the more I play

many in HCMC. all over the place. if you want to be close to foreigner action, go to district 1, pham ngu lau st area, and just walk around and select one of zillions there.
