Gift cards are the same scam tactic that Nigerian and Indian digital and phone scammers use outside of the industry. And Zelle is linked to hard money, they don't allow credit cards, whereas CashApp does. Why would anyone who isn't 99% insane front money to a SW via one of these methods beforehand? Only a scammer would ask for a gift card post appointment, they don't have nearly the versatility as cash. You can't pay your rent with an ebay gift card.

No you can not but there are several "clearing houses" that will buy the cards at or near face value IF you can provide the purchase receipt. BE aware you will usually be required to 'PROOVE' that the card is legit by sending a photo of the front, back and receipt. After that you will not hear from her again.

100% scam. I drove to Los Colinas and waited in the parking lot. She insisted I text her a pic of the card and scratch the numbers. She said you can use a sharpie to blackout the numbers I got the $200 ebay card but my sixth sense kicked in. I picked up another blank ebay card texted her the pic of the card. She got upset and told me she would call the cops. Really !! Bitch you're the scammer and cops will arrest you.
