I suck at reviews, they take too much effort, so let me just say here that I spent an hour-and-a-half with Becky of Rochester BP (Webster) and I had an absolute blast.
She is so nice and fun and non-judgemental. Totally put me at ease. A definite yes.

Mods, I don't know if this is okay or not being here. I suppose I can look at the rules but it's past my bedtime.
But what if someone started a thread about favorite BP provider or favorite non-verified provider or favorite suburban provider or... and I said this:
