Mentally unstable providers are always a threat to hobbyists and other providers, as has been demonstrated on Indys (and probably elsewhere) in the past. There have been several who have been instrumental in outing hobbyists and providers based on personal grudges, vindictiveness, or their own delusions.

I would think that saying mentally unstable providers -- or hobbyists -- are a danger would be almost a tautologically true statement.
