I am visiting for the first time, so I am just stopping by to introduce myself and say "Hi"!

What part of town is safe and convenient for locals?
Uptown, shops at legacy in Plano, galleria, Addison has always been good to me as well.

Most anywhere north of downtown Dallas is pretty safe and convenient. Galleria area is pretty popular.

North Arlington isn't particularly convenient for Dallas locals. It's not even in the same county. .

Hotels with parking are convenient. Driving somewhere isn’t that bad…but if you have to try to find parking that can be inconvenient.
