Help with photobucket

Whenever I try to download or open photobucket files, it won't work...

I use firefox.....

Any help is appreciated.

They make a plugin for that.

Make sure that your Firefox is up to date (i'm using it as well)... you should be using version 6.0 if you're on a windows based machine.

If that does not work... try clearing out your cache/cookies, close your browser and open it back up again. Typically that fixes such issues.

If that doesn't work... make sure you're not a a location (like work) which might block access to sites which host the storage of images/videos.

I am using Firefox 3.6.18 on a Windows XP system. I have never had any issues with Photobucket. That is where my banner below resides.

That is what I mean.....I do not see the banner.

I am pretty sure that my work blocks it.....I dont have the problem at home.
