Premium Acess and broken email link?

Was going to ask a question about having paid for premium access, and tried to use the email address in this thread: https://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=2438474

The email bounced with this message:

550 5.1.1 <payments@eccie.net>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table
is this transient or permanent?

On a related note, I see mentions of ccBill and PayRexx which of these are payment processors for paid premium access? And of course, how long does it take for the processing to take place? Is there any manual intervention that may delay processing?

usually when an email bounces that means the mailbox is full. I'll ask admin about it

On my problem, it seem no charges have gone through my credit card company. Can you also ask admin about that and if there is still a convenient way to pay that's quicker than the money order route?
