Stood up by BP Pink again

It's been a few months since my first failed attempt so I thought I would try again. The same exact thing happened again. Set up a half hour in call. Got to her place and she wouldn't answer texts or calls. Waited around for while to see if she would call back but nothing. It's so frustrating because she has some good reviews. What's up with some of these BP chicks? Do they get nervous and back out? Do they double book and just take the first client that shows up?
