Registration disabled?

One of the young ladies I recently visited asked about creating a new account for herself, saying she was unable to register. I tried to create a new account myself just to see, and I also get the "Registration disabled" message. Is there a moratorium on new accounts, and if so, when will it end? This girl is a provider and wants to take advantage of what the site has to offer. Thanks.

Maybe try registering from the Niagara region. I'm told that part of the site is now working, though I still can't seem to access the reviews there.
