Best breakfast tacos in the world are in Humble...titas taco house. For regular tacos or fajitas I prefer my own recipe. Maybe we could make a deal...I feed you my tacos you feed me your taco?...haha

Very true. If you've never been there, expect a line, but well worth the wait.

Taco's-a-go-go are the best. Velvet taco on Montrose and Westheimer for late night people watching. Torchy's if you are a white guy with too much money and don't want to talk to anyone. But really, make some roast and put some cilantro on it and prove to your gal you can cook.

Strange that no one's mentioned a taco truck. There's hundreds of them here in Houston and some have incredible business.
