WARNING: After about 4 years of peace, Nuevo Laredo is suddenly having some cartel violence. This started at the beginning of August and the situation is evolving. It's basically in-fighting between 2 factions of the Zetas...DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS AFTER MIDNIGHT. STAY ON MAIN ROADS. IF YOU'RE DRIVING AT NIGHT AND A VEHICLE CUTS YOU OFF OR SOMEONE SHINES A STROBE FLASHLIGHT AT YOU, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FLEE. JUST PULL OVER, STAY CALM, AND LET THEM SEE THAT YOU'RE NO THREAT TO THEIR ORGANIZATION. BASICALLY, THEY'RE TRYING TO ELIMINATE ASSASSINS...SO AS LONG AS YOU'RE VEHICLE IS NOT FULL OF YOUNG MEN WITH ASSAULT WEAPONS, YOU'LL BE FINE...ONE MORE NOTE...IF YOU'RE VEHICLE IS SINGLED OUT FOR IDENTIFICATION OF OCCUPANTS, THEY WILL COME ON VERY STRONG MEANING MEN WITH ANGRY FACES AND GUNS MIGHT JUMP OUT OF THEIR TRUCK AND POINT THOSE GUNS RIGHT AT YOUR FACE. THIS IS DONE TO EMOTIONALLY OVERWHELM ANY POTENTIAL ENEMIES...IF YOU RUN, IT GENERALLY EMBOLDENS THEM...THEY WILL THINK YOU'RE SOMEONE SPECIAL (AN ENEMY) AND THEY WILL USE 2-WAY RADIOS TO PULL MORE TRUCKS INTO THE PURSUIT...IF ALL ELSE FAILS, PRAY TO JESUS CHRIST
