New Client activation...Please help

My client has been trying to post a review for a month or so...however all forums pull up as "private"...not allowing him access to anything.

he needs to respond to the email sent to confirm his email when he set up his account.

If he does not have it, let us know and we can have it resent to the email he provided when registering.
