I feel your pain! I was locked out of mine for over a week and half! I could use my email, log on to the site (my laptop was also broke��) I lost everything! Thank goodness my laptop was fixed and I was able to recover everything...phew! I learned my lesson and backed everything up on an extra phone! Sorry about your struggle girl!
