Provider Statis?

I am having trouble getting my Provider Statis to be upgraded so that I might be able to run my ads with a Showcase included. I have been a member for sometime (over 72 hours)
now and I also have 3 Reviews. How do I receive the Upgraded Provider Statis? I believe that I have filled out all of the necessary blanks with the exception of my biography (I tend to get a little wordy so I don't yet know what to type). Waiting to be approved. Thanks!AninaRae
