Acronyms thread

I thought there was an acronyms sticky somewhere, but I cant seem to find it:

What does IOP stand for? ive read it in a lot of ROS, and I assume it's when the provider/client is/are going through an orgasm. but I can't quite figure out the component words.

Here is one of the acronym posts on the site.

IOP = Illusion of Passion.

Basically, the idea that the lady gives the impression that she is really into the activities/session.
