The Lodge is about as upscale as you can get.

Not sure why you would want to go to one. The women , one assumes, are prettier, and have few to no tattoos, again, assuming, but you, yourself, will pay more $ for less fun.
Come to think of it, around here, really good fun at a fair price is rather elusive.

Upscale in the same sentence as strip club is just fluff to get deeper in your pocket, I prefer terms like "accomodating".

Rhino, Lodge, Men's Club are the usual go-to for more upscale with pretty good food and better looking strippers.

I never go there, but yes, Spearment Rhino would be an unscale club as well
