Some wonderful answers.How they wear it, not what they wear. Sophia Loren could wear a burlap sack and be elegant. It's the gentle smile to an stranger. It's that little bit of something you just can't package. It's a compilation of your looks and how you carry yourself.
I believe in the Western culture that at times elegance is confused with ones attire.
Ralph Lauren designs beautifully understated elegant gowns, but wearing one does not make one elegant. Although choosing one shows good taste.
