I agree with the AG in theory. While it may be a waste of time, this is something a state or smaller entity should be able to prosecute, be it prostitution, trafficking, child porn or child access to porn.

I've posted several times my thoughts that this hobby should be legal, and that we should collectively make efforts towards that end.

The article is about states asking the feds to lift prosecutorial bans in place of pornography laws. I am in favor of states being able to prosecute as they see fit, whether or not I agree with the result.

Do you have any examples of those things actually happening? I agree those are horrible crimes but are in fact very rare from what I can tell. And there are already very strict laws against those things and legalizing adult prostitution may in fact make finding and prosecuting these real deviants easier. going after BP is a waste of time and money regardless.
