Nice story telling. I've done the same before but haven't written of such an experience.

At the same place? Damn. I take some responsibility for going in a little unsure of what I wanted. The main No Recommendation stems from lack of customer service skills. I kept going in because you never knew who was back there. May just need a change in management. The ROS was supposed to be short lol

When it opened up it was the same Mamasan from Life Spa (Joy Spa now). Not sure if she's still running it.
