Whats up with the Discrimination?
Hi guys, I'm new here (as of yesterday) But I've been noticing a trend when I occasionally look through a list of potential providers. More often than not I've noticed that after the description of services there'll be a (no black clientèle) bit.
Can anyone tell me why? I mean, just out of curiosity I've yet to find any other race thats been singled out like that. I don't know if blk gentlemen have a bad rap or not in this hobby or if its just where I live, but could some one please clarify because I am blk and would really like to get into the Hobby.
Maybe they're afraid of the old adage, "Once you've tried Black, you never go back." And they don't want to be a provider exclusive to Black gents because it would decrease the customer base. LOL

The reasons I have heard most times stereotypically other than ethnicity preferences were:
1. Black clients from ladies who tend to have NBA policys their more equipt, have more stamina which limits her daily physical traffic, and more "work" to take on than certain providers might want to handle.
2. Their s.o. is white and they do not want there provider gf to provide to blk men.
3. Their s.o. is black in same situation above.
4. The lady doesnt usually associated with blk people in her discreet life ...(or she does and is worried you may have mutual real life ties)so an apperance with a blk man might lead people they know to wonder about it.
I think the best advice I can give you is to move on once a lady has that in her ad or makes it apparentl through conversation on the phone shes not exactly comfortable or relatable to you.
If you omit just proper phone ettiquette and having refs and such as we all have that.......The most common thing I tend to here from ladies who havent seen blk clients before and are on the fence about whether to see one are the questions they ask. If the provider has specific stereotypical questions about your member size(are you serious), lil comments like"your not gonna manhandle me in bed are ya"(geez), and other type info request that make you uncomfortable pass. Some times those little tidbits like hidden preferences can affect the session for some folks.
i often ask myself the same thing. i was setting up an appointment and chick never advertised NBA policy. Then out the blue, she implemented it. She said she was tired of being burned. And she had a few that were hung like a horse. The horse deal can be hit or miss for all races....
Preference!
That should sum this thread up. They might be providers but they still are human you know. If you cant understand that i suggest you collect stamps instead.
Sorry to beat a dead horse, but there's more to this than just preference.
If this was true, then why don't we see black providers putting "no white men" or "no hispanic men" on their ads? Or how about seeing "no fat guys" or "no short guys" on some ads?
Look, I understand it's the woman's decision who she sees and spends time with. I would be OK if a provider would be straight up and say what her preferences were for her clients. But I've noticed that some providers will put up a NBA policy on their ads here or on Backpage, then either put on their website that they see AA men and/or message AA men that they will still see them.
I've been a lurker here and on ASPD for nine years, and I've seen the NBA policy increase here for the first time in a long while. I think it gimme_that hit on some reasons why it's increased, but I have a few more.
1. Provider finds a nice incall place through her contacts. But the person owning/renting the incall is in a nice part of town, and doesn't want the criminal/street element to come to the incall because it might draw attention from the nosey neighbors. So owner/renter tells provider not to bring black men to incall. (A provider new to the game told me about this.)
2. There are a lot of white guys still creeped out by interracial dating. Not judging anyone, but just stating fact. Even in the hobby, these guys get scared away from a provider that states she sees black guys, or any other race. Providers notice that and to keep from losing customers, put that they don't see black guys on their ad to keep business going. But some might see a few AA men quietly if they're long-time customers or pay very well.
(BTW, I haven't known an AA man to be creeped out if a AA provider said she took white clients, but that's just me.)
3. Stereotypes that scare white providers. Even though there are just as many white guys who either rob or short-change providers, the black ones get the most attention. Providers hear horror stories from others about black clients who rob and beat providers and it scares them to ban them all. We all know there are a lot of good black hobbyists around, but the bad seeds ruin it for everyone.
For the record, I'm an AA man, and I haven't been read the NBA policy when I contact a provider. (Helps to have a caucasion-sounding voice, LOL!) But I think if a provider is truly not attracted to AA men, she should say so and state her reasons. I would have more respect for her than for a provider to just say those three words on her site, then turn around and take a black man under secrecy. I mean, it's 2010! Do we still have to go through these sad stereotypes? In this economy, you would think some providers would take the $$ no matter who it is, as long as the client is clean, respectful and honest.
Big C-Dub is correct. It has to be more than a "preferrence," else we'd see "no whites," "no orientals," "no Hispanics," etc.
And I have preferences, too. I won't knowingly see providers that won't see customers of all races. And I'm as white as the Pillsbury dough boy. So these "preferences" come with a price.
For the most part Providing/prostitution is a crime, and in most cases extreme discretion is preferred on both the client as well as provider side of the exchange. As has been stated you have bad white, black, brown, or yellow, but in this business ost of the PIMPS are black. In many areas of the country you have PIMPS fronting as clients getting their foot in the door and then turning on the provider threatening her, accusing her of taking business away from his girls, saying she better pay him if she wants to keep working this town etc. Then their is the young thug black male, that has little to NO respect for women period to them women are bitches, hos, etc. A provider gets with a guy like this and is lucky to leave with her life much less the money she is owed. I know several providers that will only see AA over the age of 30, to hopefully eliminate this issue. Most older AA clients are more respectful and professional in their approach. I also know AA providers that only see White clients so its not just the White, or Latino provider that has this NBA policy.
people are people were all the same would cross the street if walking in chicago ny detroit and there were 3 black youths where they were about to walk. the same people will drive 10 extra miles to shop in the suburbs instead of the inner city and the same people will if driving a cab drive right past the gansta lookin black fare. often times these decisions are born out of ignorance, prejudice and hate. sometime these decisions are based on past experiences, statistics and primal instincts. many condemn these actions till someone they know gets robbed, raped or killed. bottom line a provider must deal with who they feel comfortable with, are attracted [or at least not repulsed by] to and feel they might enjoy the time and sex in a free from worry environment. if a provider chooses not to see fat, middle aged white guys good for her there are many others that would be glad to service me. just my 2 cents for what its worth.
We all discriminate in our daily lives in some ways. Hell, I will not see a male provider. Does that make me a sexist fukc? No its a preference based on incompatible body parts.
I think the primary reason is due to personal preferences...the other small percentage probably has to do with other reasons. Whatever the reason, we all have a right to make choices of who we meet.
There are lots of hobbyists that won't see BBW providers...or some who only want large breasted providers...some who only like spinners...or eye candy and won't see anyone passed the age of 30, etc.
You call it discrimination...others call it personal preference.
