Minimizing additional risk of two girls in an apartment?

Two girls working from the same apartment means twice as much traffic and increases the risk of unwanted attention from management and nosy neighbors. Not everyone is fortunate enough to have a landlord like the "ladies' friend" in north Dallas, so what should two ladies who wish to share a daytime-only incall take into account if they want to share a single apartment?
