Over the State line cops.

Hey this is DJ the cajun queen and everyone that knows of me knows I visit LA/Bossier City at least once a month however in Jan. when A cop actually booked an appointment with me and was a no show after I set the record straight on what I DID NOT DO for money. Well I haven't been back. I will be in Long View this Friday because my regulars keep calling and texting SO anyway I normally stay so busy in LA I have no need to stay in Longview plus when on break I can always run to the boats which is a big plus for me and my clients which like to fiddle with the gambling thing. lol My ? is this. Since the trip is only 45 minutes between the two and the difference between that is a felony charge in LA verses a misdemeanor charge in Texas is Long View and Tyler seeing more ads up for Ladies visiting and are the cops pretty much leaving the girls alone there? And Is it true that if they say I AM NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY KIND OF LAW ENFORCEMENT.... that makes it so?

I don't have answers to your other questions but undercover officers NEVER have to identify themselves. So that "I AM NOT AFFILIATED...." means absolutely nothing.
