Guys here, how far do you keep to yourself very private details about companions? Particularly when they're high profile in the regular world?

I heard of escorts being fired for the reason that they entertain another job. But for being an escort you can`t get into troubles legally speaking, it is discrimination. In the USA I only heard of such cases making the news in the "law" world, where careers got outed and cancelled due to escorts being attorneys or having financed their studies with that money, I assume the same laws as in politics apply. But I never seen the aftermath either. I wonder what happened to these women? And I also assume, changing your name is possible, and starting new.
If someone has an interest to bring a person into bad credits for political reasons or other mobbing issues, I assume it might be an issue. But other than that?. Haven`t heard similar in other businesses. I assume there is a reason for it. And the reason is not that it never happened in othr fields of studies, right? For Belle de Jour there were no consequences to her career whatsoever. Which brings me back on how honorable science is ;-). Doesn`t matter "who" does it , as long as you're good at it. I think that is the way it is supposed to be, but rarely happens in other professions. Many professions go with specific morals, where being an escort can damage your career. But - then again - if you are THAT good, I assume no one cares, too. With hackers and such it`s the same. And traces back to your past can always be deleted , if that is at stake.
So, unless you are "caught in the act" I assume it is hard to proof anyway the connection (even if we all know - In Austria for example everyone knows who does what for money, but never ever would anyone admit it openly, even when confronted, because proof is yet another fact). Word of mouth should not be able to "proof" anything.
So, point being, even if you discover your doctor or researcher is an escort. How to proof and who cares? If I see clients in the open, I ignore them and pretend I did not see them. And I expect the same. Sometimes happens when you have "same city" clients, but rarely.
