Is it just me....

...or does this site (eccie) seem to be more user/hobby friendly. I am really digging the Provider Showcase and it seems the providers are more apt to reply to specific requests here. Just thinking out loud.

The showcase feature is fantastic in my opinion.

I think this place is more friendly than the old one. I think it could be even more friendly if it adopted a review format more like GTERB where the providers actually interact with the clients. I think the whole concept of BCD or ROS or whatever you want to call it ought to be relegated to its own section and be labeled "Crank Yankers". I don't know what it brings to the table other than to provide thrills for guys too cheap to come up with the 2 or 3 bills to experience life first hand.

I agree with your suggestion jokacz, some sort of interaction or feedback would be great.

It allows a reviewer who may otherwise not speak up about a provider, a place to speak up without fear of retaliation. Good or bad.

I like the idea of hearing back from the Ladies.

I like she can read only part of. And can not reply in the review.

Most of the time I think it would work if she could. But who then would want to do the "NO" review. Its got the we can ? each others reviews. I am just not sure I would want to add providers. If one can reply. Then others can also. Ya most of the time it would work till that one big disagreement.

OSD, a while ago I took the bull by the horns and contacted e.com. They do not follow that practice any longer.

Interaction would help build a nice little community.
The forums are part of that. It's great seeing both the men and ladies participate in the conversation.


There are 3 issues that come to mind regarding ladies commenting on reviews:

fwiw on the old board someone (I think Jack) started a thread about a well known provider who jumped all over a client. Not that he gave her a bad review, in fact it was a good review. She laced into him because it wasn't a great review. And I mean laced into him personally on the board.

I certainly want a lady to let me know what she liked and what I could improve on. However I want her to do it in the moment, why would I want to learn about it 1 week later?
I think I have to agree with Offshore on this. I suspect we all want the feedback. But I doubt my fragile ego could take open criticism on the board of my ability in that area

The 3rd issue is the purpose of any board. That's up to TBone and his crew, he is the owner. My experience is there can be a good level of community, and there can be too much of a good thing.

I certainly wouldn't disparage anyone for their preference regarding ladies commenting on the reviews.

At the minimum, I believe a lady should be able to point out gross factual errors in a review, including age, body dimensions, and the services that she does or does not offer - or whether it happened at all. Originally Posted by jackfengshui

The problem I see with TERB & GTERB format is that there is very little negative information shared. GTERB is owned by one of the Canadian agencies (TERB may be as well). It wouldn't make sense to bash your connections openly and still expect good service or maybe get blacklisted. I like both sites but prefer the way it's done here with a little more privacy.

I think we should leave the review section 'as is'. If there's an issue then the lady has the option to make her statement known in the co-ed section, with the reviewer in private....or she can discuss it with other ladies in our 'private section'.

I doubt I would ever get that complement lol, Mine would no doubt say "that was quick and easy" hahaha
