I think that the Clit is either a liar, a fool, or a back. There really isn't a third choice. You are correct McGahn has already testified under oath which is something the Obama clan has not. Anyway, the democrats have failed to make a case on why McGahn can offer anything of value. That's on them. This has become a constitutional issue because of the dems. Can they order a lawyer to abandon attorney/client privilege? Think of the real world impact where a judge can call an attorney to the stand and says "tell us everything you know...or else". This is also about executive authority. Where do the dems (because this is not the house doing this) come off going after executive staffers without a case or proof of wrong doing. The Senate could return the favor and investigate how a talentless woman like Maxine Waters can become a millionaire.
