I am on my way to Killeen and looking for a pale friend to hang with

My goal has been to find a pale (like turns red in the sun pale) friend to hang out with and I am having the hardest time finding one in Austin, I have business in Killeen today and I'm wondering if anyone knows a person I can see about this issue.
