Here are two suggestions for features that I would like to see on ECCIE:
1) The ability to save criteria for searching providers. I generally look for the same things in providers, and whether I'm looking to see if there's anyone new in my region or traveling to a different town, it would be nice to have a default search setting.
2) A customizable menu or side-bar. It would be nice to access my contacts and hometown--among other things--from any page in ECCIE.
