To answer your question, there are ladies that will see new guys. Some may need more information from you to feel like they can properly screen you so they feel safe when meeting you the first time.

You might find that they are "newbie friendly" by them indicating such in their ads or showcases. And occasionally you'll see ads and showcases that the lady specifically mentions "no newbies". Knowing that, you can concentrate on others.
