What the hell is this white stuff on the ground???

I fell asleep in my recliner last night and my dogs woke me up to take them out to do their bathroom 'duties' and I see this white stuff all over the yard! WTF?? I would post pics but damn, I might end up in a jail cell next to El Chapo!

Definitely not something we used to, is it? I know the kids love it, but it just makes a mess for me to work in. If I were missing school because of it, it would be different. Hate to sound like Scrooge, but I could do without it.

Just went outside a few minutes ago and this crap is still coming down!!!

at least the door handle to my car isn't frozen in place like last time we had white stuff.

BTW, keyless ignition is great. The car is running in the parking lot and it won't get stolen more than 50 ft.
