Physical Description: This scammer uses pictures of a blonde, red head, and green haired woman. I doubt it's actually the woman. He or she wants an eBay gift card and will ask for a picture of the back and the last three of the scratch off code. DON'T DO IT.

A green haired woman? This proves that guys will stuff anything!

We need a mandatory crash course on identifying scammers. It should be integrated into the eccie account signup process.

Scammer 101 - if ANYONE, and I mean ANYONE - INCLUDING YOUR OWN MOTHER! asks for ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING up front. Its a scam.

Plain and simple.

That's why you show them the numbers in person.
Hell, if they really want it before hand, they get it RSA encrypted.
