Clearly not. Even I could defend that 3rd story is not 2nd story in court. Most of our judges know how to count that high.

First and foremost I wanna say I looked up various state laws and this thread was just a light hearted post and definitely NOT a bash on Texas lol. I posted the same thread in NY on us. . .and as in the above posts there are some really funny laws out there!!!

I'd be happy to hear the stories which led up to such silly laws like NY's ice cream in the pocket law!!! LOL
