well when the government feels they are missing out on $ to be made ..... example drugs and sex seem to be the top 2 tax free incomes...its possible...isnt it legal in Nevada? the girls have to pay for their license... the establishment keeps records and taxes are paid...I suppose its POSSIBLE

Yes.....prostitution is against state laws not federal laws.

And yes the feds are missing out on big $$$$.

There is less social stigma towards the use of marihuana than prostitution. Also there is no organized movement to get the laws changed. It will never happen in this country.
