I'm a little surprised. Months ago I said in a thread that I didn't think that anyone would pay Cano that much.

I think a few years from now the Yankees will be thankful they didn't sign him.
Is he a great player? Obviously. However it's tough to put so much money on one player when you can get three above average players for that money. Team sport. Go yanks.
