Please Help me post a review

I don't know how to post a review. Can you please give me a step by step as I am not too computer Savvy.

I have looked every where when I get to the forum in my city and the provider I need to give a provider too. But I am not seeing that new Review button neither on the upper right corner or anywhere. Why I am having such difficulty with this I don't know. Please help again.

Go to the independant review forum in your area, there are two buttons near the top that say NEW THREAD or NEW REVIEW. Click on the NEW REVIEW button to write your review.

Thank you so much , I guess the trick was that I was not going to the Independent review forum first.
