I thought our premium access was to be extended due to the outage. I believe my last accepted encounter report was 11/20/2018.

The developers have been instructed to add 2 weeks PA to all who had it at the time of the "black out".
Staff has been instructed to inform members that if their PA expired during the "black out", members should contact Web Support and request the 2 Week Extension.
Members like yourself should also be able to contact Web Support and explain the issue and receive your complimentary 2 Week PA Extension.
